Bottle 500ml (bought in Tallinn). Pours a dark brown/red color with a thin beige head that disappears quickly. Very light for 5,6%. Aroma of roasted malts, some light vegetables, dark fruit, caramel - some bread, too. Can’t find any bitterness, but it’s not too sweet either. Average carbonation and medium/full body. Dry finish. Drinkable, but nothing too special.

Svesse (8599) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2011
(Bottle. Thanks to SaintMatty) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, toasty nose with notes of dark bread, roasted malt, raisins and prunes. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, dried fruit, raisins and crispbread. Mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a balanced sweetness. Quite decent dunkel.

Hazy brown/amber pour with some light ruby highlights. There is a little bit of sweet malt character. A touch of chewy malt and a bit of fatty malt sweetness and some light hop character. Meh. It’s really not all that good.

Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2011
Draught beer 40 CL. @ Tallinn. Dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt and dark fruit in the direction of raisins. The taste follows the nose, and a somewhat tart mouthfeel and flavor. Slightly bitter and dry finish.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - APR 2, 2011
bottle, thank you very much, FatPhil! Clear brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of dark malts and plastic. Malty, hints of caramel and roasted malts. Ok.

DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2011
Pint in a Nuneaton Harvester. No, not really...either from Regalia or Solaris, Tallinn. Horrible, rusty, spiced cabbage aroma- quite a sprinkle of red wine vinegar and mushy cherry palinka. Pours dark ruby with a low khaki head and swirls of detritus- is this Estonian real ale in the bottle??? Bloodied cabbage and cardboard sprinkled with brown sugar flavour. Seriously, I’m not in the mood after a pint of Nøgne Ø # 100. Drinkable, decent tume olu.

suurjuust (3538) - ESTONIA - OCT 23, 2010
Dark red ruby color. Small head with staying power. Sweet malty smell with some sugar. Tastes of caramel, coffee, bread, prunes and a hint of dryness. No hint of alcohol, something I wouldn’t expect from a 5,6 ABV beer. I’d reccommend it.
