From bottle on board Fridtjofen 01.07.17. Dark golden. Foamy and persistent off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of tropical fruits, dried fruits, succade, marmalade and citrus zest. Citrus bitterness and succade is lingering on in aftertaste. Balanced with some pale malt sweetness. Good! NallePalle (684) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUN 15, 2017
Bottle, 33 cl, Krusenberg. Overall refreshing, quite hoppy, long bitter finish. Gubihumle (609) - Nørre Aaby, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2017
Farven er ravfarvet med en god hvid skumkrone. Aroma er humle, græs, frugt og smagen er maltet med en lang og god eftersmag af humle. Anbefales. ruramikael (183) - SWEDEN - JUN 6, 2017

Aroma: tropical fruit, something almost fig-like and caramel. Taste: stone-fruit, caramel tones, herbs, some grass and pine resin as well. Damn good looking, smelling and tasting APA. Really like this brewery. Fisler (654) - Bamberg, GERMANY - MAY 7, 2017
Optisch schönes Kupferrot. In der Nase feine Mango. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, erst cremig, dann bitter matt, Keks. Schön komponiert, lecker. andniz (336) - POLAND - MAY 5, 2017
A little citrusy in aroma, not very intensive in general.
Medium bitterness, less caramel flavor than in their ipa. Rest of the flavor is pretty similar, somewhat between grapefruity and herbal. Dirk_T (110) - Frankfurt, GERMANY - MAY 1, 2017
nice amber color. smells like citrus fruits and reminds me a bit on soap (citrus aroma). nice light taste. nearly no carbonation. Overall a good drinking Pale Ale EerieDrinks (267) - Malm, SWEDEN - APR 11, 2017
1 finger off-white head.
Clear, deep amber coloured beer.
Aroma is caramel maltiness, ’iron’ and dried fruits with overripe mango and blood orange at the back.
Taste is simpler, with just a big bitterness and ’iron’ hitting the mouth at first. Biscuity maltiness comes along with small hints of frutiness after a while and ends with orange peel bitterness.
Simple mouthfeel, drinkable but not interesting on the palate.
Overall: Not competing with todays APA’s by any means, feels very old school. I don’t really appreciate that big "iron" note in my Ales. That’s more of a lager thing. Probably works well with spicy food but quite boring and lacks complexity. Works if there’s nothing but beers from bullshit macrobreweries to choose from!
