Rödrostig färg, inbjudande lukt av humle och frukt. Första smak av rostad malt, kaffe, karamell, som snabbt går över en distinkt beska med smak av grapefrukt. Grape hänger kvar länge i eftersmaken. En aning för besk i kombination med den mer rostade malten för min smak. Erbenaut (11) - VANTAA, FINLAND - DEC 30, 2015

Bottle (0.33 l) at Bierhuis Rotterdam/Helsinki. Warm biscuit/caramel, chocolate, coffee and light roasty malt with floral and fruity (pacific/exotic) hop aroma. Brownish black, clear with a slightly tan, nice head. Malty, medium sweet taste, medium to heavy, well balanced bitter. Medium bodied, slightly creamy, with soft carbonation, and long aftertaste. Good match to a beer I like to taste and share with a friend. Hopmaestro (1823) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 28, 2015
Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Taste brings a dried fruity taste with a red berry hint. Medium bitterness with some attitude. A lot more drive in it than expected. Malin_aiisa (1268) - SWEDEN - DEC 25, 2015
Dark brown, light brown head.
Aroma of berry, corn, candy
Taste bitter, gin, thin feel, slight tart. But a not too nice taste.

Bottle. Clear reddish brown, big beige foam, good lacing. Aroma is fruity with pine, malty breadish, swedish julmust. Taste is a mashup of bitter hops and malt, with more emphasis on the former, minimal cookie/nutty feel as usually found in a brown ale, but more hoppiness made out of grassiness and coffee in the finish, fairly dry. Light to medium body, medium carbo. Not the typical brown ale but clean made. Marstonlad (976) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 16, 2015
Bottle from Systembolaget, Stockholm. A brown color with a reddish tinge; frothy, handsome head. The aroma features both maltiness and hoppiness; caramel and bread from the former, pine and citrusy fruitiness from the latter. The balance is surprisingly slightly on hops, probably due to Nelson Sauvin. Taste confirms the expectations set by the aroma: this is definitely a hop-driven brown ale. Not much sweetness appears; instead, dryish, crisp bitterness pushes to the forefront with maltiness balancing. Piney, fruity hoppiness is complemented by bready, toasty malty notes. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth texture and a low to average carbonation. Original, crisp and tasty brown ale all in all. Dahlstrom (445) - Nygatan 29, SWEDEN - NOV 28, 2015
