Dark amber with big, quickly dissipating head. Aroma with some orangey caramel note to it. Some banana, plums and other fruits. Taste is fairly sharp, tarry with some almost astringent notes. Finish is sweeter, long with spicy bitter notes. Got better with increasing temp, was perfect with the mango slices we had on the side.

Big beige lasting head. Clear brownish amber body with light carbonation. Caramelly tropical fruit aroma with soy sauce and resin notes. Dry-sweet pineapple mango and resin taste with mealy minty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth, mealy mouthfeel. Dry minty fluffy mango and pineapple aftertaste with orangey and vaguely durian-like notes. Nice and interesting. Its a real hop bomb, but in a harmonic, balanced way. (0.75l bottle, Systembolaget Nordstan, Gothenburg.)

Frg kobbar, kryddig och fruktig doft, tydlig smak av persika frn torrhumlen. Riktig trevlig l. Lite mer beska hade inte varit fel, skulle kanske ha druckit den runt jul....

Amber color, very aromatic,thin,watery....with an annoying aftertaste. I did not enjoy this one, at all. Thanks to yiannos for sharing it.

Nice bottle. Pours clear amber, with a medium beige head, that quickly pops and disappears. Semi-sour aroma of bisquits. Taste of caramel, fruits and hops. Kinda dry, reminds me of a saison, barleywine-hybrid.

Clear copper color, small teal head. Sweet, bubblegum, fruity, some wood scent. Fruity, dry, bitter, grainy taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness.

TEJA (2626) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 25, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Lasting fluffy light brown head. Dark amber color and a lightly opaque. Citrus hop aroma in medium amounts. A small taste for a barley wine with nothing sticking out. A long but small bitterness that complement the small sweetness that is left. Small body and lightly sparkle in the mouthfeel.

faroeviking (10295) - FAROE ISLANDS - DEC 10, 2012
Big botella. Clear amber colour with nice beige head, small in size. Sweet pleasant toasty caramel darkish fruity woody alco bit aroma. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant sweet toasty malty caramel dark fruity alco flavour, soft. Quite nice.
