COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wisco Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor. Wisco Disco is not pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.

An amber beer with a lightly carbonated little white headed beer. A taste of carmel and a pinch of bitter chocolate. A medium body well rounded beer. One of my favorites! Im going to by it when its in the store.

Cheap smelling. Lots of head, maybe frozen at the pour? Good taste though and palate. Sweet ballanced and crisp.

On tap at Hopcat. Golden amber, faint aroma of toasted malt. Seems like a maltier vwrsion of a pbr to me. Grassy hops, toasted malt, slightly burnt with a slight caramel sweetness. Finishes dry

Draught pint at Lucys #7 in Beloit, WI, October 24th. Darkish amber-bronze body with a thinnish but fully lasting white head...very faint toasted malt aroma, bit of smokiness and sugar, what I can detect is pleasant enough but it never really blooms...lightly sweet on the tongue, toasty/burnt character shows up quickly and dominates throughout...dry, bitter, burnt finish that lasts and lasts...full-bodied and rather lightly carbonated. The tap list was rather unexciting on this visit, so I picked this because I dont believe Ive had anything from this brewery yet - while I didnt love it, its certainly a bit more interesting than many beers in this style and I look forward to trying some other, potentially more exciting products from these guys.

Aroma is toasted/earthy malts, very light citrus and nutty/slightly musty notes. The flavor is nutty malts, citrus/fruit, earthy/slightly dirty and a tart/very lightly bitter finish.

Reddish amber. Nose of sugary toasted malt and light hops. Flavor is biscuit and toasted nut with some grassy hops. A mildly off-putting flavor combo.

Flight at HopCat in Madison. An average amber with a nutty flavor and some hoppy bitterness. Nothing remarkable but was always consistent and rewarding.

Been seeing this one on the store shelves for a couple years, finally decided to try it. pours a slightly murky copper with a decent beige head. Aroma of malt & hay. Taste is malty, but with some hoppy bitter. Semi-sweet then slightly bitter. Hop presence is evident, but not forward. Mild bitter linger on the finish. Well balanced and refreshing. Not sure what took me so long to try it. A solid amber.
