On tap at the brewpub, pours a hazy pale yellow. Bananas, cloves, sweet bubblegum populate the nose. Taste is similarly bananas, cloves, very smooth, an very good hefe. I’m a fan of the style, and a big fan of this beer. Ughsmash (7510) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 13, 2010
On tap at Moosejaw. Poured hazy medium golden with a light cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet, nicely-toasted banana and bubblegum paired with a touch of vanilla.. spicy wheat on the edges.. dry and a tad watery on the finish. Light-medium bodied with filling carbonation on the palate.. too sweet to be refreshing, but still aiight. weitz15 (595) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 2, 2010
Aroma of a mild hefe, which is this beer’s strong point. Thin palate and body, with a somewhat refreshing texture. jarow (237) - Massachusetts, USA - JUL 27, 2010
On tap. Pours a light cloudy yellow. Nose is wheaty with some citrus, banana, and a hint of doughy yeast. Refreshing. Light body, wheat, some lemon and orange citrus, banana, yeast. Overall a pretty nice wheat ale. jsf23mr (218) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 26, 2010

Hazy, light yellow . Notes of bubblegum in the aroma. The flavor is a bit weak but not bad, with notes of pepper, bubblegum, lemon. Not bold enough but headed in the right direction. On tap at brewpub. triguy84 (235) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 28, 2010
Pours a cloudy gold/copper with a thin white head. Hints of banana/clove aroma. Moderate banana/clove flavor. Light body. Nice hefe, I like more body. Skyview (6099) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - MAR 1, 2010
On draught at the Moosejaw brewpub in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Pours a hazy, dirty golden colored brew with a thick, creamy and rocky white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of banana esters, yeast, golden grain malt with wheat, a hint of orange zest, coriander and lemon. Taste is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, yeast, some banana and orange zest. Finish is fruity, light banana aftertaste with some mild yeast that quickly disappears. This ale is right in between a Belgian Wit and an American Wheat Ale.
