COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boom! The soft waters of Pilsen. Czech Republic birthed this classic style centuries ago & the waters from the Artesian wells in Memphis are perfect to create our own version today. Pow! This beer is made with german and American pilsner malt and is spiked with 50 lbs. of local wildflower honey. There are delicate aromas of sugar and clover wafting forth from this crisp, smooth Pale Lager. Shazam!

Poobah (450) - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - JUL 20, 2017
Gold with a thin head and a malty nose. Opens with medium carbonation and ends hoppy, bready, and with lots of honey.

ManVsBeer (10635) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2017
Can from Kroger, Cookeville, Tennessee. Pale golden and quite active in the palate. It’s not overly stated as a pilsner, but not very tasty either.

12 oz can pours a golden color with a nice white head. Aromas of malt, light citrus. Light bodied, crisp and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cajun (534) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - JUN 30, 2017
Can - Pours a pale straw gold, heavy carbonation. Floral, hay, funky honeydew melon, lemon, pale malts, bitter fruit peel, crisp and decent. Dry. Hops smack in the finish.

r464 (2362) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 22, 2017
Light and crisp. A bit earthy with light sweetness, though the finish comes on dry. Probably the best pilsener I’ve had in quite a while.

shigadeyo (3749) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 28, 2017
5/28/2017 (12 fl oz can): Cereal grains, fresh bread, grassy hops, hay, and some floral notes in the aroma; hazy yellow color with a fluffy head of off-white foam; lightly sweet in the front, slight biscuit and cracker maltiness in the middle, floral hoppiness in the finish; medium light body, semi-crisp; quite good overall, refreshing, nice change of pace from all of the typical hops...

12oz can. Huh. Guess their are a lot of homers in TN. Pale yellow tan body. Frothy white head. Light bodied, highly sessionable. Not really that great of an example of the style, but certainly still drinkable stuff. Not off. Lightly bready, faintly hopped. Delicate. OK.

tried this, with dinner, the other night... smooth, tasty, crisp, with slight bitterness - a nice pilsner

BlackBeerPG (725) - Darien, Illinois, USA - APR 23, 2017
Taste: crisp slight fruit citrus, lemongrass, hop bite. Fermented grain nose. Gold, clear, white head with a ringed lace. Medium/lite body.

3.6
oobawa (1500) - Tennessee, USA - APR 7, 2017
Very quaffable pils, light and airy with an underlying sweetness offsetting the dry, floral haystack hoppiness. Pours a bright yellow gold, offering up a fluffy if fleeting head and modest lacing. Nose leans floral, hay and pine on the underside. Taste starts dry, pilsner malt meeting a minor yeasty note, then develops a noticeable sweet vein underneath the usual grassy, floral Euro-hop pungency. Stays light, and finishes semidry with a moderate bitterness.
