Warm golden with a lot of sediment and a nice head. The aroma has notes of coriander, roasted malt and fruit. The flavour has notes of coriander, caramel, light sweetness and citrus. It’s a cosy beer on a wet summer evening, and it has a lot of flavour in spite of the low ABV.

A dark amber orange coloured beer with a thick, frothy white head. Very lively when opened, and no matter how careful i was pouring, there were still fine sediment particles suspended within the beer. The nose is sweet, with lots of malt and a hint of sweet spice, nutmeg and cinnamon.Thin mouthfeel, the taste is smooth and malty, but with this underlying fresh, herby flavour, similar to parsley or coriander! The finish does have a slight citrus dryness to it. Bottle, BCA, purchased from the brewery’s stall at the Fakenham Farmers Market, January 2006).
