Bottle. Pours clear dark yellow with a rocky white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt -grain, hay, straw, meal-, average hops -flowers, perfume-, heavy yeast -horse blanket, barnyard- with notes of grape, apple, and pear. Medium bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.

Bottle back from Nashville a while back. Pours clear yellow orange with a big white sculptural fizzy head. Candy orange aroma with a bit of belgian yeast funk. Decent malt body with some sourness in there. Hops are nice, grassy and the finish is a bit sweet.

750 ML Bottle. Decent sweet citrus on the nose along with some spice. Golden body with good white head and livly carbinated bubble action in the glass. Flaor has some citrus but the malt is somewhat more dominate along with the spices. A filling brew time for a nap.

Thanks Ma...a great birthday gift surprise .. lots of dusty metallic honey flavours ... big crazy white foamy cant dance head ...tons of lacing .. golden orange like a bruised orange on a autumn day ... very easy to drink but has a metallic aftertaste that really detracts from the enjoyment of this one .. Thanks for the update Big Ben!

750 mL bottle. Pours gold with huge sticky whitish head. The aroma is quite spicy (coriander, cardamom, white pepper) with some honeyish malt notes and plenty of yeastiness. The flavor is rather peppery at first, then it mellows into a soft sweetness with yeasty bread notes. Lemon zest qualities bounce around. Grainy sweet finish.
