750 2012-Hay, Fruit and phenolic pours a golden orange with a frothy head. Nice sweetness good mouthfeel. This is some tasty stuff. tmoreau (4290) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - SEP 26, 2013
Shared 750 ml. bottle poured to snifters showing a slightly hazed, light, orangy gold color, a nice layer of soft white froth, and web-like lacing. The nose was estery as lemon & apple, sweet, with hints of yeast & spice. Lively effervescence and a slightly earthy hop bitterness helped maximize these notes, and the general flavor impression. Fairly hidden, but well integrated alcohol. ironprog (80) - Florida, USA - SEP 2, 2013
750 ml bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy, golden-orange with a tall, frothy, white head the dissipates quickly. Aromas of sweet bread, apricot, and maybe a hint of orange. Taste is moderately sweet with flavors of orange and candied lemon. Has a medium body with a thick texture. Carbonation is lively, but not overly so. Finish is moderate with a touch of sourness as the flavors wane. Overall, a really nice beer. Although, I do find it a little bit "sticky" on the palate.

2013-07-01. Golden orange body, massive foamy beige head. Smooth average plus body. Sweetish flavour, pale malt throughout has biscuity bready accents. Pleasant aroma, sweet bready pale malt, mild fruit, very light alcohol. Fairly simple but enjoyable take on the style. Pours golden with lots of carbonation and lacey head. Smells like a classic Belgian. Taste Is what you expect. Slightly sweet with a bit of bitterness on the end. A decent brew but there are better choices at this price point. OKplus (787) - Oklahoma, USA - MAY 28, 2013
750ml served in a Tripel Karmeliet tulip.
A - Golden honey color with a firm 3 finger white head that leaves lines of sudsy lacing around the glass.
S - Dry spices-mainly clove. Dry and musty basement yeast, sugary dough, apricots, and peaches. Dried skunky herbs mellow out as it warms. Spicy alcohol vapors.
T - Sugary stone fruit-peaches, apricots, and persimmons. The clove and herbal spices lace the outside of a full and rich Pils malt while finishing nice and dry orange-flavors and light peppery alcohol.
M - Moderate carbonation helps lift the sweet and heavy body and turns almost creamy. Finishes slightly herbal and dry.
A wonderful Tripel! I thoroughly enjoyed this brew. Great fruity and funky yeast. Finished well and had a good mouth feel.

Pours a clear straw gold with a thin pure white cap that clings lightly to the glass. The aroma is some yeasty esters, belgian brewing sugar, basement, feild, lemon, light floral and herbal hops. The flavour is herbal, light lemon, brewing sugar, yeasty esters, pepper. Nice foamy/smooth mouth feel carries the flavours across well. flywatt (24) - East Haven, Connecticut, USA - APR 27, 2013
Pour leaves a hazy unfiltered look. Pour doesn’t really settle well. Oily texture with sweet flavor. The appearance was offputting. Found it difficult to get past all the "floaties" in my mug. Overall, the taste was okay. Good beer, but didn’t quite make my recommended list.
