Pour on tap at the brewery, dark reddish pour with off white head, aroma brought notes of big orange, red fruit, some pine into a bit of caramel, toffee, slight toasted bread as well, spice. Taste was a mix of orange, grapefruit, citrus into a bit of berry, caramel, toffee, some toast, finishing fairly bitter. koleminer20 (3597) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAR 17, 2015
On tap at Witch's Hat for St. Patty's Day! The pour is a deep ruby with a light ring of pff white head and no lace. The aroma is pretty good, lots of malt and a nice citrus shot. The flavor is very malty and good. Lots of caramel malts and a legit sweetness throughout. The citrus tries to poke through on the back end, but there just isn't enough to do so. The mouth feel is nice and creamy, with a good carbonation to help. The aftertaste is lingeringly sweet and strange, just because the citrus is there, but it's much earthier than I'd imagine.

Sample draft at the brewery. Pours a clear dark amber color with a small head that lingers a bit, leaves great oily webbing. Blood oranges and caramel dominate the aroma. Taste is a little disappointing. The blood oranges sort of take over a bit to make it dry and slightly tart. Not much else going on here. Fairly thin mouthfeel. Boring, but love the appearance. Draft at the brewery. Hazy deep brown with dense off-white head. Not much smell but bitter orange and pith. Blood orange and honey flavor. hopdog (12565) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 24, 2012
On tap at Witch’s Brew BP. Poured a deep amberish/copper color with an off white head. Citrus, caramel, pine, and floral. Blood oranges present but not overpowering and found this one to be nicely balanced.
