White head that settles quickly. Leaves web-like lace. Greenish tinge to the otherwise straw-yellow liquid. Crystal clear, surprisingly
Semi-sweet malted wheat aroma.
Spritzy carbonation, thin liquor. This beer is all wheat. The aftertaste is short lived. Easy beer to drink, good on a hot day.

Bottle from the Coop in Davis, CA. Pours hazy gold with a half inch bubbly white head. Aroma of linoleum paste. Which probably means citrus/coriander, spice and a hint of banana. Near medium body with lively carbonation. Flavor is yeast spice, citrus and a hint of banana. Finishes clean and lightly spicey. Pretty decent wit. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 13, 2009

A little plain. Nice bit of citrus taste but could have been more powerful for my taste. Oats could have been amped up too. Refreshing but boring. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 2, 2009
Pours hazy amber with a white head. Smells of lemon grass, some coriander, yeasty. Tastes yeasty and sweet with some coriander and citrus notes on the finish.

From a bottle poured a hazy golden color with a good amount of head. Nice light malty flavor with a quick finish. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 9, 2009
The aroma is pretty close to being a Wit. It’s got wheat like malts, coriander, citrus, yeast, and bananas. However it’s a tad bit stinky. The appearance is cloudy yellow with a small fizzy head. The flavor is like the aroma with a touch of twang. The palate is smooth and refreshing. This is pretty good but it has something wrong with it.
