I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. Pale yellow but turns hazy from bottle bottom sediment. Grassy wet haylike aroma. Somewhat pond scum head. Lively and tingling friendly brew for the first impression. A little old world farm character in there, almost saisonnish. Gentle hefe spices are fine on the palate. Good friendly beir with tingling carbonation. Some open field flavor here. Cool over all experience and finish. ToeInTheWater (16) - USA - OCT 25, 2010
This white left me wanting a little more. Had a harsh bite and bitter flavor at first, but turned out ok by the half way point. Overall glad I tried it, but tried something else next without regret. FROTHINGSLOSH (8069) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 12, 2009
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma was fairly strong tangy and tart citrus with a wheaty, musty and peppery undertone. The flavor was tart, tangy and sweet with notes of citrus, yeastiness, clove and dry musty spice. The mouthfeel was fairly thick and the beer was surprisingly rich. Nice. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Smells of lemon grass, some coriander, yeasty. Tastes yeasty and sweet with some coriander and citrus notes on the finish. SFLpunk (134) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - MAY 9, 2009
12oz brown glass twist-top. Date is smudged off, but I know this is from an early batch.
Appearance: Rough pour pulls up 1 finger of really sudsy bone-white head. Cloudy yellow straw color.
Nose: Lots of lemon and orange peel, a little yeast and some dry, dusty earth.
Palate: Immediately crisp with lemon juice, orange juice, toasty yeast, hay, corn stalk. Finish is quick but not clean.
Notes: Decent brew, esp. for being organic, but not really something I’ll revisit. Falls under the category of "good but not great" beers from Wolaver’s. Need’s tweeking.

Poured from bottle. Lemon muffin aroma. Cloudy gold, white head persists. I taste wheat, a bit of citrus and spice. Nice on the palate. Lacing. Good finish. Well done. josarah (112) - Hinesburg, Vermont, USA - APR 13, 2009
12oz. bottle: golden color, fine white head, spicey aroma. Crisp, clean tasting witbier perfect for summer consumption. Very carbonated with a pleasant citrus hint. I quite enjoyed it. TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - JUN 9, 2009
Tap at CAH. Pours a milky yellow with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of your standard lemon, corriander, wheat and floral Wit notes. Flavor of the same, but more on the cereal grain side of things. Ok Wit. jeremytoni (3082) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - JUL 25, 2009
From a bottle poured a hazy golden color with a good amount of head. Nice light malty flavor with a quick finish. bhensonb (15621) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 15, 2009
Bottle from the Coop in Davis, CA. Pours hazy gold with a half inch bubbly white head. Aroma of linoleum paste. Which probably means citrus/coriander, spice and a hint of banana. Near medium body with lively carbonation. Flavor is yeast spice, citrus and a hint of banana. Finishes clean and lightly spicey. Pretty decent wit.
