Light copper, some head. Grapefruit aroma, hint of apricot. Grapefruit hoppy flavor with some pine. Some maltiness serves as a less-than-adequate balance. Very bitter aftertaste lingers.

I appreciate Wolaver's concern for my health and the environment, but I wish their beer was a little better. Not very bitter for an IPA. Small head, large bubbles. Adequate strength. Nothing special really. More hops, please!

Nice hoppy beer but doesnt overdo it like some IPAs. Im not a huge IPA fan, so I like the relatively light hoppienss of this brew. Has a nice blend of malt that goes well with the hops. Not great but very solid.

A pretty cool vanilla citrus aroma in the bottle, which turns piney in the glass. Highly carbonated, and just plain bitter. This beer is probably better if you let it rest and decarbonate. Tan orange beer. Crappy label, so I'm dinging it on appearance. Palate clingy and way bitter.

Cool organic concept, though the beer was pretty mediocre. It had a pretty bland hoppy taste, not very crisp, needs more excitement for an IPA. Not that it tasted bad or anything. the beer was fresh and had a good body, maybe they should relabel this, Wolaver's Amber Ale.

I'm a major hop-head and love IPAs. This beer wasn't what I was expecting. For an IPA, it's not as hoppy as some and the malt flavor comes thru a little more. Maybe I'm just used to NW IPAs. But this beer is exceptional. A nice yellow-copper color. The hops don't come through too bold, but you notice them. A nice balance between bitter and malt, nice subtle hop aroma and bold, but not strong, hop flavor. Overall a well balanced IPA that follows more the British IPA than an American.

Decent, but give me more hops guys. Sierra Nevada is hoppier than this beer....of course, SN is hoppier than hell, but this is supposed to be an IPA. Decent brew, but not at all indicative of the style.

Amber color, average head. Way too malty for an IPA. The hops definitely need to be more crisp and prominent.

Pours nice, has a nice amber color, nice frothy head, has a nice hoppy floral nose, nice carbonation with bubble trails, clean medium/light body, nice flavor, not to heavy, and not outrageously hopped, actually lightly hopped for an IPA. Nice flavorful balanced ale that doesn't sit heavy in the gut.
