Bottle into stout glass. Thick head that did not last. Mild aroma of roasted malt. Dry, roasted bitter chocolate notes. Mildly bitter. Smooth mildly creamy mouthfeel. Fine stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours pitch black with a one finger tan head with nice lacing. Aroma is of roasted malts, coffee, bakers coco, sweet malts, brown sugar, and caramel. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a semi bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty tasty oatmeal stout.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours black, deep tan two finger head. Some retention but no lacing. Aroma of roasted chocolate malt, coffee and toast. Taste is bittersweet, nice balance of hops and dark malts. Full bodied, light carbonation and creamy mouth feel. Finishes slightly bitter with notes of chocolate, coffee, herbs, roast and vanilla. A solid stout.

Nothing wrong with this Oatmeal Stout, not a bad one. Nice roast with decent sharp undertones of hops. Solid. 12oz bottle.

"one of the more full-flavored organic dark beers I’ve ever had. Wasn’t expecting much, so when the aroma & taste pretty much matched the brewer’s description (see above, eh) I was pleasantly surprised."

Well roasted malts, coffee, burnt toast, milk and chocolate. Hints of tart cherries. Slightly sour finish but not a problem.
