POured a light orange color with a big white head. Aroma was of lots of nutmeg and a bit of biscut. Flavor was spices, then really hollow and watery in the middle and then a sweeter pie crust swallow, not horrible, but not everything fits together.

Pours cloudy, orange-amber with a short, off-white head. Pumpkin Pie Filling aroma... Nicely subdued pumpkin flavor...lightly spiced. Very well made... Understated...nice.

Bottle, clear orange color with slack foam. Aroma of pumpkin spice, flavor is vegetal with some pumpkin and a plain finish

Location: 12 oz bottle from Gilly’s, 11/6/09 (bottle on date was 9/1)

Aroma: The aroma is pumpkin, spice, and quite a bit of pepper with some vegetation, and some light hops as well
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear orange color with a thin off-white head and quite a bit of lace on the glass
Flavor: The taste is a little nicer then the aroma, it has a light pumpkin flavor, but less vegetable and more sweet then the nose with the bitterness not really coming though until the finish
Palate: This beer has an interesting mouthfeel, there’s a ting from the pepper, and some carbonation
Overall Impression: I wonder if this would have been different fresher. Either way, it’s pretty good, and I really did enjoy it quite a bit. My biggest complaint would be that it is a drop too much on the vegetable side, particularly in the nose, but it still works.

Amber body with too much in the way of head. Aroma is of pumpkin spices, namely cinnoman. Taste is a little bit sweet, and obviously very spicy. Easy drinking through and through. Pumpkin and spice flavors are most prominent towards the finish.

Trade from BMan113VR - Thanks! pours cloudy brownish orange, with a thin ring of foam. Smells like ginger, pumpkin, and nutmeg, maybe some clove, too. Flavor is similiar, with a vegetal pumpkin not up front, and cinnamon, ginger and other spices in the background. As it warms, an odd metallc note emerges.

Draught sample at the Big E. Pours copper with anice tan head. Smells of pumpkin pie spice, some pumpkin, caramel, some earthy hints. Tastes of pumpkin, a hint of spice, some peppery splashes. Great beer!

Pumpkin and cinnamon, nose, not strong. Hazy amber thin head. Not strong at all, but the flavor is dominated by pumpkin. Bubble gum is detectable when quaffed. Faint hints of nutmeg in the finish. Nothing objectionable, but rather weak.

Multiple drafts at HTPD Octoberfest. Poured a dark amber with an off white head that had some nice staying power. Malty spicey aroma with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and corriander with what appears to be a chocolate malt base. Average to slightly strong carbonation with a medium to full mouthfeel. Flavor has a good dose of pumpkin and spice but not overpowering. Pretty good stuff and it was nice to have some decent beer choices at a PBA picnic.

Bottle from jjpm74 Thanks Nice aroma of spice and some underlying sweetness clove etc Pours a orange amber tone The flavor is where it all goes wrong It is vegetal and bitter tart unpleasant with none of the nice spice that was in the nose After the tart vegetal aspect comes a bitter earthy finish The flavor is acrid and bad really The nose was nice and I wish the flavor would have followed through
