Pours clear amber with thin white lacing. Mild spice and pumpkin on the nose. Good pumpkin and nutmeg presence on the palate. Nicely balanced and not too sweet. Very enjoyable. ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 2, 2012
Another bottle from Travlr; thanks again! Aroma of fresh pumpkin and a nice spice balance, definitely some clove and nutmeg in there. Appearance is unfiltered amber brown with bone head. Flavor matches the nose; the clove and nutmeg and still the stars balanced by the pumpkin, but there is a nice, herbal hop finish as well- the spice really lingers overall. Palate is slick with a light mouthfeel. One of the better pumpkin ales I’ve had. HighlanderOne (1330) - York, SC via NJ, South Carolina, USA - SEP 1, 2013
Poured from bottle. Pleasant aroma of pumpkin and brown sugar. Good lookin cloudy amber/orange with light tan head that persists. I taste pumpkin with brown sugar, cinnamon, spices and malt. Could use a little more flavor. A bit too watery. But it is a nice beer that is working out well for me on this hot, humid summer day. You're typical pumpkin ale, not saying it's boring. It has a good fall taste, prevalent spices with a hint of pumpkin. Being organic adds nothing to the flavor just adds the satisfaction of knowing its the real stuff.

A nice and delicious pumpkin beer. I love the fall and pumpkin beers and this is a strong, but not exceptional offering. Aroma was average. Mostly pumpkin with a hint of vanilla. Pour was a nice light brownb with a one finger off white head. Taste was a nice mix of nutmeg, pumpkin and spices but not very full after initial impact. Very strong and full carbonation that feels like it’s poking holes in the tongue. I would consider this a summer "transition to fall" beer because there is heavy carbonation and a light mouthfeel, yet the pumpkin and spices hint on the season to come.

12oz bottle. Pour is an amber orange, with a thin head of lacy white cream. The aroma is quite potent, with plenty of pumpkin-y notes. But rather than pumpkin pie spices, the aroma is more like that of a cooked pumpkin and maybe just a touch of spice. The flavors are also fairly potent with some odd unidentifiable notes in the finish. Overall its drinkable, but not one I will seek out again. jimhilt (2610) - Bow, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 25, 2008
Pours a three finger beige head that fades slowly to a thin layer, leaving a good lace. Nearly clear amber color. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Pumpkin nose. Flavor is pumpkin and some citrus, hints of a bitter finish. $1.45 for a 12oz bottle from Cabot Quechee Store Quechee, VT.

(Bottle, courtesy of BMan1113VR) Pours a clear copper body with a small off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, turmeric, and coriander. Flavor of pumpkin, hops (grassy, floral), coriander, and nutmeg with a bitter finish. I would like to try this along with some spicy Indian food. 12 oz bottle. Clear orange-amber beer with a light white head. Aroma is quite fragrant with allspice and ginger over a light biscuity munich malt base. Flavour is sweet with a light biscuity munich malt base. Flavour is sweet with a nice balance of sweet spiciness and a soft sweet maltiness. Lingering bready flavour on the back. Easy to drink, well balanced and quite tasty. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - OCT 22, 2008
(bottle - 12 oz) Clear orange color with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma is chock full of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice. Flavor is very spicy and pumpkin-y at the beginning with a sweet and spicy middle and a very sweet finish with a lot of cinnamon. Quite nice.
