Cask; Seasonal - Winter. Also available bottle conditioned.

On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me, 5 Wold Rings... a bright crisp beer with an amber colour from the Maris Otter, Amber and Cara malts and a light citrusy bitterness from Cascade and Northdown Hops. A festive beer with a lingering finish.

Bottle. Beers of Advent day 12. Bright gold under a thin white swirl. Looks like lager, but its not as interesting. Aroma of vegetables, apple juice, light grassy hop, almonds, milky coffee. Faint and biscuity with a rub of spruce and grassy hop; straw, hint of coffee butter cream. Dull.
