Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, wood and some grass. Flavour is fruits, nectary, mild wood and yeast. Rather dry and bitter grassy finish.
Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear golden, smallish head. Grassy nose with whispers of strawberry and dough. Dryish with slender body and sparkling, light mouthfeel. Grassy and spicy, notes of custard. Resiny bitter finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Aroma is a little sweet grainy with a whiff of citrus. Light body, some grapefruit dominates leaving a tannin-like astringency, this really is bitter - wauw. But for a gluten free beer this is actually drinkable, probably the best of its kind. 230110 madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2014
