500 ml bottle bought at CitySuper in New Town Plaza, Sha Tin.
Clear amber colour; Half finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 20 seconds; Good sticky lacing and active slow carbonation; Fragrant and sweet aroma of Ale malt, with strong roasted nuts, strong sticky toffee, strong caramel, red fruits, floral, molasses, bread, lemon and light grass; Mid to light sweet taste of fair Ale malt, with strong roastyness, peanuts, caramel, light floral, light molasses, ligt resin, spices, earth, light biscuits, lemon, fair bitter hops and grass;
Close to light body. Watery and slightly oozy palate; Mouth feel is fair Ale maltymess in a watery background. Good roasted nuts permeate throughout. Light caramel and floral with fairly oozy earthy hops. Fair sweetness with lemon to round. Good!... Hoppiness is floral, lemon and light grass in nose. Light resin, light floral, spices, earth, lemon and grass in taste; Bitterness is fair for an abrupt, light to mid astringent nutty malty finish; Fairly dry after taste. Roasty oozy and light bitter to mouth.
Comments: Its roasty nutty toffee-ish aroma get me interested. While its taste it typical watery Bitter, its maltyness is solid with good resin earthy hoppiness. Quite outstanding for a 3.7% Bitter!
500ml bottle from SPAR at Blue Dolphin caravan park, near Filey. Amber colour, white foam head and bready malt aroma. Taste is malty and fruity with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK. Itstasty (94) - East Yorkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 28, 2016
Cask. Off white head which sits well. Light copper coloured body. Has a fruity edge for a bitter. Not really a bitter for me. Light and uneventful. ozzatoadisback (172) - ITALY - AUG 2, 2016
Light amber colour, transparent. Thin white head recedes quite quickly but still leaves some lacing. Aroma has a caramel malt base and a nice, delicate fruitiness (red fruits). Taste follows the aroma, again with a light caramel malt base and pleasant fruitiness. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, finish is slightly on the bitter side (with a tea-like note). Light body, light crispness, easy, maybe a tad too empty. Ok overall

500 ml bottle, from Matkroken Stokka. BBE 07/14. ABV is 3.7%. Copper colour, moderate white head. Aroma of grain, caramel and dust. Light bodied as expected. The medium dry flavour has first a slight fruitiness which makes the beer quite drinkable, followed by some grainy notes and a hint of toffee. Tolerable hops in the finish. Not too bad. gopherfan99 (1820) - Minnesota, USA - JAN 15, 2016
