Pint at the Old Manor in Bracknell. Ok bitter, but a bit bland. I prefer the Wold Top blonde. This gets easier to drink the further you get down the glass.

harrisoni (19413) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2011
Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Brown bitter colour with lasting beige head. It is a tasty enough bitter with just a little wateryness in the body as the only fault. Decent hops and malty fruit on the aroma and some strongish tongue tingling hop on the finish. Its a decnt brown bitter

ladnewton (2053) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 31, 2010
Gravity cask at the Duke of Wellington, London on 30 July 2010. Clear copper with offwhite foam head and virtually no lacing. Fruity (berries) aroma with mainly berry friuts and malts in main kick, but a developing bitter finish. Light textured mouthfeel. Strangely likeable.

berkshirejohn (6687) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2009
Cask at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Hazy amber with a dense cream head; aroma of English hops; malty and lightly spiced flavour with a vegetable body; sour and lightly bitter to finish.

Hansen (8617) - Assentoft, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2009
EBF 2008: Light amber colour, white head, lasting. Aroma has some unpleasent, malty notes. Nice flavor, bitter finish. Dry texture.

2.9
Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 4, 2009
Strong brown colour with a thin and clingy white head. Savoury aromas of light roast chicken and potatoes! Clean, crisp bitters on the tongue with roasty barnyard flavours. Followed by a bold and rich cereal finish. It’s smooth, if a little thin, making it darned drinkable. Great little session. Tasty and fulfilling. Nasal, warming and wholesome.

3.4
MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 2, 2009
A Mes rate. Cask at Bar Fringe. Dark golden brown with a thin white head and good condition. Decent fruity and bready malt with some full on citric hoppage. Well balanced with a dry citric finish. Enjoyable if not outstanding.
