Peterborough cask ale festival. Full bodied and well rounded beer. A good beer of decent balance and character.
Bottle. Amber in colour. Very earthy hoppy bitterness. Malty; toasty, buttery caramelly malts. Dryish finish. Not bad. Quite a tasty pint. (2008)

Scent has a slight skunk, but minimal....

Pint at the Old Manor in Bracknell. Ok bitter, but a bit bland. I prefer the Wold Top blonde. This gets easier to drink the further you get down the glass.
