Gravity cask at the Duke of Wellington, London on 30 July 2010. Clear copper with offwhite foam head and virtually no lacing. Fruity (berries) aroma with mainly berry friuts and malts in main kick, but a developing bitter finish. Light textured mouthfeel. Scent has a slight skunk, but minimal....
Caramel and barley.
Taste is pleasant and mild, lightly fruited..

Draught / minikeg B.C.H. on top of pale amber beer. UK hops to the fore, distinctive, citrus, meaty esters. Biscuity taste, different from oxidative biscuite, dry oatmeal cakes, or Scottish wholemeal cookies. Light bodied, aromatically fading out. Very good if light bitter.
