I’m glad I bought this today... I’d be glad to drink this on a daily basis but the price is a bit high in Vancouver ($6.50). Bitter enough and fairly drinkable. British beers are good... foxo82 (900) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 3, 2013
Bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk. Honey coloured ale with a decent head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, fruity, rich and delicious. This has a citrus tang with lasting bitterness. Thick feel. Very nice ale. Leighton (21239) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2011
Bottle at home in London. Part of the British Open of Beers. Pours clear, shiney, yellow-gold with a fine, white head. Zesty citrus aroma, hints of tart fruit, light pine. Lightly sweet flavor, tons of pithy citrus bitterness, faint bread. Light bodied with fine, fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean and lightly dry finish, some zesty pine, light sweetness, short to medium linger bitterness. Not bad overall. Character could be a bit more robust, but really not bad. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - JUN 14, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 30, 2013 Bottled 05/06/12. A nice orangey coloured beer with an off-white pool of head and lacing. A good citrussy beer. Oranges and lemons. Quite juicy. A little sweetness to balance. Really good. Score 3.7ManVsBeer (10452) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2013

Clear golden ale with a slightly complex character. The aroma is citrus, fruity but slightly biscuity. The latter of these characters is again evident in its flavour but again its orange and citrus fruits are obvious. All this makes it very tasty. No head and looks a little flat.

Just another really good yet really shitty day... Im sure tomorrow will be much better after I open a beer at 1:04am. Crystal clear deep gold brew with an almost nonexistent white head that somehow keeps leaving messy lacing. Fresh aroma of dry wild field grass, toasted malts an a faint yet strong citrus ending that flows in an out. Nice overall malty aroma. Damn these English beers - just so freaking drinkable. Malty with sharp citrus that comes in near the end right before the pleasant bitterness hits. Cereal, grassy, weak orange and a bitter / bready finish. Very balanced and damn I love everything about this. Very good beer. DanielBrown (4502) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2013
Cask at the Trocadero, Birmingham. Rather good Golden. Thick and fluffy once dispensed into meinen trap. Very good sweetness; like a non cloying honeyed orangensaft. Dommod2011 (706) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2013
It could be you know. ABL on the verge of great things. Splinter gig today kicked ass in a gentle folky kind of way. We jumped, they gave a standing ovation. TimE (5816) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 9, 2013
Deep golden color. Fruity marmalade nose. Very hoppy nose. The mouth has moderately aggressive bitterness with tons of lemon zest and marmalade. Sharp bitter finish. Refreshing. Excellent imdownthepub (14552) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2013
Cask conditioned at The Chequers, Oxford. Gold with white head. Good, crisp biscuity malts at the start followed by a dry hoppy, slightly perfumed but fruity hop flavour. Some lemon, some orange notes, nicely fresh. Pretty decent.
