COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strong and well hopped for the voyage sending IPA from the Wolds to the World. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base, a triple hop blend and Maize for the head retention. Such triple hopped beers need hot full flavoured foods to accompany them!

Butelka 500 ml. Zloty kolor. Piana biala mala szybko sie redukuje. Aromat owocowy malo tu cierpkiego zapachu typowej IPY. W smaku rowniez bardzo blado . Cytrusy gdzies w tle . Pierwszy lyk przypominal bardziej plyn do zmywania naczyn . Jest lekka goryczka ale brakuje reszty. Jak dla mnie slabe...

Medium sweet flavour with some sugary pale bread, low bitterness, mellow citrus, white bread. Medium bodied and finely carbonated. Finishes with more sugary, bready pale malts, hints of ripe citrus, straw. Drinkable stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2016 Keg at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear deep golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of toasted malts, some biscuit, a little grapefruit, subtle banana and grassy hops. Taste is similar of toasted malts, some grapefruit, slight biscuit, subtle resin and grassy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, toasted, slightly herbal, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. The textures quite lager like but it’s refreshing and easy drinking with a decent bitterness.

Clear golden colour. Floral aroma. Quite a herbal taste. There’s almost some funky Brett yeast in there too. Complex.
