The beer is a straw coloured ale with a strong and crisp hoppy flavour. Wolf Brewery is launching this ale, with the full support of The Royal British Legion, in readiness for a year of celebrations to mark their 90th Anniversary, donating 10p a pint to the charity.

Pale-ish, but not anaemic. Red berry aroma, sweet malts. Lovely full malty body. Rich and caramelly, some butter and milk, quite cakey and fruity. Touch of pungent hop too. Tasty and rich bitter.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, malty, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]
