Clear body with a white frothy head - fastly diminishing. Sour aroma of plums, vinegar, barnyard, ... Heavily sour flavour. Very nice and well balanced. Maybe somewhat too acetic. 77ships (11482) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - AUG 20, 2012
thx. to Rian // Thirstybird // 50 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG 2012 // finally a Berliner Weisse // clear yellow apple juice with a small white head // nose is full of apples, lightly sour, some hay // taste is light sour apples, quite a bit cider-like, mellow, touch farm like, some jonagold, light sour tang, minor lemon juice, touch wheat // light, very easy to drink, easy carb, // apparently the only remaining example of a light berliner weisse // it is weirdly close to cider ration (2282) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 2, 2013

Palate: Sour, dry and very refreshing.
This one impressed me and at only 2.5% it’s a winner. Hell yeah! Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 11, 2009
Bottle at WSF, shared by Bu11zeye I believe (thanks Marcus!). Milky yellow. Super refreshing. Enters acidic and then turns lactic. The carbonation level is great and the palate is nice and granular. Really enjoyed this.

thanks to Bullseye for this. Cleanish yellow with a good white head. An excellent funky and sour Berliner Weisse. Fruity and tart. Loads of lemon, good level of carbonation. Really drinkable. Proper summers day drink.
Bottle, via trade with shrubber85, opaque golden yellow with seltzer head,
