50 cl bottle @ HBF ’11. Rated on 09.04.2010
The bottle had another label under the first one!
Aroma is sourish with some apples and sour cream. Flavour is rather sour and somewhat tart with sour cream, green apples and wheat. Feels almost like a lambic. Refreshing and good!
Bottle: Poured a pale clear yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of lactic sourness notes with some light wheat malt notes. Taste is mostly dominated by lactic notes with some quite intense sour notes and some acidity. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed though maybe a tad too much acidity for my taste. thewolf (12861) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 1, 2013

Pours fairly clear golden with a small, fizzy, white head. Aroma has wheat, tartness, citric and mild lactic. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour has high tartness, mild lactic and very citric. Sweet wheat and some graininess. Lingering tart finish. Nice and fresh.
Bottle (with best regards to Rian!)Pale golden, hazy, small (off-)white head, lemon-juice, green apples in the tart, pretty Gueuze-like nose; solid dry sour and bitter flavour, not too dry, light bodied but not watery at all; lingering dry citrussy finish with hints of Brett in the finish. A great east-german Gueuze…

courtesy of fiulijn, 4% - pretty clear yellow-blond beer with absolutely no foam; sulphury and lactic aroma, citric; thin-bodied, pretty acidic, very dry, tart and citric, lactic aftertaste - fresh and decently complex; charming ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUN 16, 2015
Draught at the brewpub. Slightly sulfury but that only suits its lactic taste. Light, crisp, aromatic. Decidedly lactic though not as sour as a berliner weisse. Really nice aftertaste of sour milk and just a pinch of hops. A complementary bonfire smoked note, on the verge of perception. Well, this is a very good sour beer. Sour enough, not over the top and very aromatic. Thumbs up. fiammanghilla (990) - Genova, ITALY - SEP 29, 2015

Chiara lattica con bella schiuma.
Al naso parmigiano quasi fastidioso.
Acidità lattica contenuta, fresca e beverina, affumicato che quasi non si sente
Bottle, thanks bartlebier! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lacto, cheesy, urine cake, citrus. Taste is cheesy, lacto, citrus, wheat. Not as aggressive as many Berliner Weiße. Medium carbonation.
