   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 4/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 11/20
Fatehunter (2614) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - MAR 19, 2013
Poured one finger of head on a clear, golden colored body. The aroma is grain and barnyard. The taste is mildly bitter with a honey sweet ending. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. The taste is too sweet and not bitter enough. Not the greatest pilsener.

Pint bottle. Scents of grass and yeast. Pours a clear gold on it's a small white head. Good flavors of malt balances with a mild hops bite in a classic pils composition. Good dry mouthfeel. Drinkable if unremarkable.

330ml bottle at the Kitchen Emporium. Clear light yellow with a thin white head. Pale malt, light floral and citrus hops. Light body and a smooth malty finish. Perfectly serviceable pilsner.

(bottle) clear golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of grass and skunky malts, rather lightstruck, with a touch of cactus juice and bubble gum. flavour is heavy dimethyl sulfide and yeast, slightly metallic, with a light hint of manure and a light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

floydslip (422) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 13, 2017
Clear straw colored beer with a thick pillowy bright white head. Faint nose of lemon, wet cardboard, and leaves. Flavor is standard pilsener with some mild grainy sweetness overlaid with musky noble hops. Nothing special here. Move along.

Bottle: Pale golden color, very small white head. Grainy aroma, some corn, grassy hops. Flavor is quite corny, grainy, few hops notes, light bitter end. Quite weak Pilsener.

Luvystypotables (2067) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - MAY 25, 2016
A very subdued aroma of grain and a hint sweet corn, pours a clear golden color with a short lasting white foamy head. A sweet corn and grain taste with a lighter body and a sweet nutty finish.

Poured from 500 ml can into a pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, fading over time to leave just a hint of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a bready and slightly grainy smell. The aroma has notes of a sweet caramel and corny smell as well. Along with a hint of a grassy aroma, one is left with a very pleasant aroma in the nose. Taste – The taste begins with a bready flavor mixed with a little bit of a doughy taste. There is also a pretty good showing of a sweetness of caramel and some “Corn pops” which grow slightly stronger as the taste moves on. Some lighter tastes of grain and a little bit of grass come more toward the end, leaving one with a somewhat malty and sweet pils flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is a bit thick for a brew of only 4.9 % with a carbonation level that is rather average. A little less body and more carbonation may have been slightly better for a brew of its flavor profile and nature, but overall it was OK. Overall – A decent pils. A bit on the sweeter and malty side with a decent flavor, but lacking some of the crispness I typically like in a pils.
