COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Another one of our hybrid beers. The Common Reaction is a California Common style beer, made by fermenting a lager yeast at a warmer temperature than usual. This process helps create more fruity malt flavors and showcases the US Northern Brewer hops, which are known their their minty, woody, and sometimes rustic flavors.

On tap: The aroma consists caramel, light fruit, and a hint nuts. Itís a transparent dark amber with a small off-white head that fades to a minimal film outlined by a thin ring. The flavor starts with light-moderate caramel and light fruit. The finish has light grass, nuts, and I guess a hint of mint (probably power of suggestion). Itís light bodied with mild carbonation.
