Bottle bought at Wood St. Brewery aka Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield. Amber colour, with a small white head. Hoppy, fruity, slightly spiced aroma. Smooth, average carbonation, bitterness to finish. Enjoyed.

Cask at the Victoria, Rugby - 12/12/12. Lightly hazed dark amber with a thin tan head. Nose contains light vegetal tones, touch of caramel and a little fruit. Tastes of malts, light smoke, dark fruit, toffee. Medium in body, light carbonation, bitter finish. Not great!

500ml bottle - an amber pour, no head, and a spicy nose. A bit fruity with some bread and yeasty notes, little malty aftertaste, decent body. A mixed bag, but worth a try.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, London on 21st September 2012. Clear amber with no head. Subtly spicy aroma. Fruity in-mouth, slightly musty notes. Finish is quite rounded once the mustiness fades. Velvety smooth mouthfeel.
