Cask at Craft Beer Co on 21st September 2012. Slightly hazy gold with decaying off-white foam and spot lacing. Rich hoppy aroma with cheesy touch. Burst of hoppiness in-mouth, with grass and some grapefruit. Lingering, refreshing grapefruit finish, light mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
citrus, pale, hazy, minimal head, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, flat,
Bottle poured without a head really but tastes OK and a good beer for a session id say very basic in taste and colour but good
On tap at National. Very basic beer, unfortunately it was sour and tasting infected. Not vey drinkable. Light colour, pale is not the American Pale definition but there wasn’t obvious it was a UK beer.
Cask at the Alexandra Arms, Rugby - 19/09/12.
Pale blonde with a decent white head that retained well.
Pale malt aroma, citrus fruit, light floral hops on the nose.
Taste develops to peach, light grapefruit and floral hop tones.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a smooth finish.
