this is beer! uh . . . had it and won’t have it again! Who said this is beer? This is way too sweet to be beer.

Aroma is apples and strong fruit. The flavor is apples, medium fruit, very slight white wine and a mildly sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw body with a small fizzy white head that vanished quickly. The nose is a little unique among the Woodchuck ciders I’ve had. It smells a bit sweeter with some light honey and red apple skins. The flavor is pretty similar to the apple juice I give to my children, lightly sweet with no yeast influence or depth. Very simple and basic. Lighter bodied with a little clinginess and fizzy carbonation. Meh, not something I’d drink with regularity.

355ml bottle. Godl pour. Smell is sugary apple juice. The flavor is anything but crisp. This is watery, almost artificially sweet, jsut terrible cider.

Easily my favorite of the woodchucks that ive tried! (which are the seasonal ones and then the 802). Sweet without a fake taste, and its fairly weak, so you could drink a lot of this. Only wish it was a 3.5 or maybe a 4 ABV..

Bottle purchased at Kroger. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma of apple, sweetness and slight tartness. Sweet apple flavor with a dry and semi-tart finish.

(bottle - 12 oz) Light gold pour with a fizzy white head. Light green apple aroma with some sugary candy. Flavor is apple and then nothing. Very odd and just doesn’t taste like much.

ganache (6089) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 30, 2014
Bottle. Nose a little powdery and very tart, has strong jolly rancher overtones. Oh rather, that’s the entire substance of the thing. Pours pale yellow-golden with plenty of carb and a short white head, has a good bit of color to it, not sickly as other offerings can be. Tart, significantly sweet but not yet cloying, with an aspertame-like sweetness, more jolly rancher overtones but not enough to kill it. Medium-full body, seems clean enough beside the lingering suspicion of artificiality. Whatever, it’s crisp and refreshing.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear yellow pour with no head, aroma brought notes of sour apple, caramel, some vanilla, cinnamon, slight apple skin. Taste is a mix of apple, caramel, some cinnamon, vanilla, apple skin, finishing sweet, slightly tart.

Søtlig duft av eple og andre frukter. Lys gyllen farge. Lite skum. Fris smak av eple.

12 oz bottle. Pours brilliant golden with medium carbonation. Nose is of fresh apples. Body is medium and crisp. Sweet apples are balanced on the palate by pleasant tartness and acidity. Nice, refreshing cider.
