3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: Pours a coppery ruby color with small bubbly head.
Smell: Caramel apple and cider with a bit of extra sugar like baked apple pie. There is a mild hint of tart.
Taste: What a great cider! The Granny Smith tart is hidden beneath a sweet caramel apple front and the finish is dry and yet sweet lingering pleasantly on and becoming the next sip.
Mouthfeel: Well carbonated. A bit thin but right for the style very light and crisp.
Drinkability: Wow. This is the beer for a fall fest party. it is very easy drinking and very approachable.
Hope this is helpful.

This is way too sweet for my taste. Almost like apple juice. No tartness or dryness at all to speak of. Not my favorite. hfmejias (1283) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - JUL 14, 2015
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured dark amber, clear, small white head. Aroma of ripe red apple. Taste of apple and some yeast; tart and a bit dry. Crisp and refreshing. Not bad. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - JUL 9, 2015

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, dark orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, some apple notes, vanilla into a bit of white wine, some grape, hints of spice. Taste was a mix of caramel, apple, vanilla into white wine, touch of white grape, finishing slightly sweet. COMRADEJOSH (320) - Gainesville, Florida, USA - DEC 20, 2014
Good carbonation and aroma seen upon pouring. Dry on palate that is balanced nicely with the sweetness. Overall very drinkable and enjoyable medium cider. AdamChandler (5051) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 7, 2014
12oz bottle. a golden pour, not a lot going on. Very syrupy nose, faint pear, a lot of apple obviously. sweeter than most ciders, not a lot of mouthfeel. honey is prominent. lightly bitter older apple finish. alexsdad06 (10381) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 4, 2014
12 oz bottle at home. Pours a clear light amber color with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, mild spices, a light tang, barely more interesting than a basic cider. Liamrua (49) - Waterford, IRELAND - OCT 11, 2014
355ml bottle, 5% amber colour, bourbon aroma and over ripe apples, no carbonation. Flat on the tongue with a hint of bourbon, molasses taste, very sweet, almost too much. It does havd a taste of more but I’m not sure how many Id have together.
