COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fall harvest brings farmers and communities together to celebrate another year of fruitful labor. It is a time of shorter days, cooler nights, and great apples. This cider has a complex and elegant character full of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg balanced out with a hint of American white oak. A true taste of the season.

Notes - Golden pour with some pie and rustic spices immediately on the nose. Body is light and prickly, but it’s fairly full flavored and pleasant.

Bottle: Clear, bubbly golden-yellow with a white ring. Apple pie....crust aroma. Lightly tart apple pie flavour. Tastes amazingly close to a slightly tart apple pie.....it even has notes that resemble flaky crust..... REALLY nice......wonderful....and a pleasure to drink.

From the bottle poured a golden brew with very little apparent carbonation. Aromas and flavors of sweet apple and pumpkin spice. I liked it even though it wasn’t purely apple flavored.

Bottle. Dark for a cider. Smells like bubble gum stuck on the rim of a glass of cider. the mulled spices are kickin the flavor- a little overwhelming, and a little too sweet for my taste.

Pours a dark amber. Smells just like apple pie, just like it says right on the bottle. Very sweet, lots of cinnamon, taste of cooked apples. Only a mild tartness in the finish. Definitely a dessert drink.

Aroma is nutmeg, medium cinnamon and apples. The flavor is nutmeg, cinnamon, Apple’s and a sourish/mildly funky finish.

Bottle labeled Fall Harvest. Deep amber with a few bubbles. Aromas of cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar, sweet apple, basically apple pie. Tastes just like it smells, mostly sweet with a slight tart finish. Body is medium with a watery feel and slight clinginess.

Bottle from Roth’s. Medium amber in color. Nose is strong on spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Some good clove and bubblegum as well. Slightly sweet with a bit of a tart apple flavor. Lots of spice. If you like cider and pumpkin pie spices, give it a go.
