The fall harvest brings farmers and communities together to celebrate another year of fruitful labor. It is a time of shorter days, cooler nights, and great apples. This cider has a complex and elegant character full of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg balanced out with a hint of American white oak. A true taste of the season.

Bottle; poured a clear dark gold with a smallish head. ARoma of apples, spice, vanilla, tropical fruit?, and maybe oak. Quite good in the aroma. Flavor was a great blend of apples and spices; like applesauce almost. Really enjoyed this.

Pint at Flipside at Easton. Clear amber color with no head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon and apple. Apple flavor with a ton of cinnamon and nutmeg dominating to the finish. Ridiculously spiced, but not bad.

Short 12oz bottle, thanks to ellolovey. Pours orange, apple juice color. Aroma of pie spice. Nutmeg & cinnamon. Sweet apple juice. Its an Apple Pie! Tastes of sweet apple juice. Cinnamon spice, pumpkin pie, vanilla, and caramel apples. It tastes like a pie. Finishes crisp and sweet. I like it. (3511)

Wow, what an amalgamation of shit. Cider with all kinds of weird spice that is meant to be intetesting but comes off awful.

On draft pours a golden orange color, aromas of potpuri, and candels. Flavors are the same, a waxy finish. This might be in someones wheelhouse to enjoy, but it certainly is not in mine.

"Hey lets take the pretty good cider we already make and add a bunch of processed spices and sugar and shit call it a Fall Cider." Yeah no thanks. Apple cider is already fall cider, adding way too much cinnamon and nutmeg and jeebus only knows what else doesn’t make it better.

Pours out like apple juice. Light white ring. Aroma of apple, spices, and nutmeg. Taste like a basket of potpourri. Apple backbone with tons of overwhelming spices. Too much spice and nutmeg. Dry finish is like licking a spoonful of nutmeg.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2012 Bottle. Tastes like a craft store smells. Only had a swig of my wife’s and it was more than enough.

16 oz draft.Pours a golden color of apple juice with no head. Nose is of a candle that wife wife would pay too much for. Taste is sweet with a hint of spoiled juice. Not great.

Bottle. Clear golden color. Aroma of apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and spice. Flavor was a mixture of sweet apple pie, cinnamon, nutmeg. Tart at times, but spices were a bit overpowering and I got the sensation there was too much sediment, even though it was clear. Very sweet, and not enough tartness to overcome the brown sugar taste.
