3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is a very unique beverage. I am not really sure what to compare it to? It was definitely good, but new to me.
Appearance: The most clear beverage I have reviewed to date. Perrier clear; that is, it’s barely tinted apple juice color. Completely transparent.
Smell: It has a nice granny smith apple aroma, that is sweet and fructose sugary, with a hint of tartness. Very gentle, sweet juice like smell.
Taste & Mouthfeel: A nice, crisp, tart appley taste and that is clean and refreshing. Juicy and spritzy; this smooth cool feel in the mouth is very drinkable. The taste is mild and easy, so it goes down so nicely.
Drinkability: This is not what I would think of when I want a ’beer’ (if you could even call this beer). It is an alcoholic Granny Smith Apple Cider and a very good one, as long as that is what you want.
Hope this is helpful.
12 oz. bottle. Thanks Thomas! Pours clear, pale green, with no head. Distinct tart apples, vanilla, cloves, and light lemon. Sweet and fruity up front, with a good tart bite in the finish. Light body, with a crisp and acidic mouthfeel. Not a bad cider. The tart bite is pleasant and easy, and there’s a little more complexity here than most ciders. axl (917) - Lund, SWEDEN - APR 4, 2017
355ml bottle. Clear pale white-golden with brief white head. Somewhat perfumy sweet apple aroma with only a light tart hint. Taste is mostly sweet concentrate based apple juice with only a light tart touch. Light mouthfeel, minimal carbonation and light perfumy aftertaste. This was ok for a cider, however was not the best cider that I have ever had. ozzy70 (1170) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - MAR 15, 2017

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the Taco Mac in Douglasville, Georgia. The appearance is crystal clear with heavy carbonation. Has a decent but slightly "to bitter" flavor.

Aroma is light apples with a very faint hint of pear. Taste is just that of a granny smith-- tart/bitter. Appearance is very light, minimal head. Smooth on the palate, very light, not too sweet. Fairly average through and through, but nothing off-putting for sure. A touch on the watery side. rdixon77 (2873) - Georgia, USA - JUN 22, 2016
Eh, pretty average cider with a more tart Apple presence. At least it was as advertised. OnTheTrail (520) - USA - JUN 4, 2016
Pours clear straw colored. Aroma is light granny smith apples. Some grass. Flavor is fairly light, a bit tart but still sweet. Thin, lightly carbonated. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - JUL 9, 2015
Rated based on notes taken 14 July 2012 -- A pretty good tart cider. Not too terrible. willisread (3400) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 23, 2015
Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Pours a clear pale straw color with almost no head. Smells of granny smith apples with a touch of pear. Taste is more of the same. Watery though, not enough carbonation. Slightly sweet. Dry finish.
