A very unique cider here. An hard to describe beer like taste with a orange spice note finish. I have to say I really enjoyed this cider and is one of my top three in the wood chuck line. I serve this close to freezing. MicroGrog (387) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - SEP 30, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2012 Another single from New Beer.
Old chardonnay sort of color.
Odd, yeasty, fruit punch/mixed Jolly Rancher & bubblegum aroma.
Taste is a mish-mash of fruit juices. Apple, grape, pineapple, banana, pear, ...bubblegum? Seems like the yeast had a bit too much fun. Honestly tastes like some odd children’s juice box. Really too weird for for anyone remotely sober.
Hidden alcohol. Lighter then usual carbonation. An extra few kilos of table sugar. Paste & continued confusion on the few draws I could manage to swallow.
Top 20 cider?! You’re all high. I need a beer. shrubber85 (11506) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - SEP 26, 2012
Bottle. Strong sour milk and apple juice aroma. Golden yellow. Sweet-tart apple flavor. Nice body. Very tasty. thornecb (5987) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 13, 2012
Pours a slightly hazy gold into a shaker. No head at all. Apple and yeast aromas. Soft with upfront apple pie turning to mild yeast in the middle before the lasting apple finish. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Bottle. Funky musty apple aroma. Golden with a minimal white head. Funky tart apple flavor with a light spicy finish. Medium body, lively carbonation, slightly dry finish. Nice.

Bottle. Nice pale golden hue with little carbonation. Aromas of fresh apples abound. Crisp, slightly sweet, and somewhat tart apple flavor with a nice medium dry finish. The Belgian yeast, somewhat subdued comes through on the finish. One of the better ciders I’ve tried. Cybercat (5959) - Georgia, USA - AUG 3, 2012
Comes out of the tap a clear palest gold, almost clear like vodka, with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Rich and fruity aroma does not just invite a taste, but demands it. Flavor is crisp, sweet, fruity, mainly apple with more than a hint of pear and a touch of banana, along with a little fruity sourness. It is rather sweet but not sickeningly so, almost like "soft" cider. Smooth, full-bodied texture has some good fizz. I know that I have to rate this a little differently from a beer, so I hope that I have done this tasty cider justice. stchloe (1104) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 24, 2012
Incredibly mild and mellow cider taste, beer yeast esters blend, but really in the end isn’t much more than fruit juice. halfonit (1388) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 17, 2012
Pours a slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is pretty weak. Apples, yeast (barely) and a little wine. Flavor is similar. I must admit that this is actually one of the better ciders I’ve had. But then again I haven’t had many.

Serving: Draft. An interesting mix of styles here. There is sort of an apply Belgian Wit nose to it. The flavor is a mix of Granny Smith apples, yeast, and orange peel. Perhaps a bit heavier on the palate than most ciders. Off dry finish. Interesting take but I’m not sure how I feel about it.
