12n ounce bottle from a Kroger. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin frothy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of sweet apples and faint ginger. The taste is strong ginger with a grainy apple finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

Pour out of bottle at Art and Ale, clear orange with white head, aroma brought notes of garbage and baby diaper, I kid you not, some slight ginger, apple comes in but its very odd and not appealing. Taste is much better, some nice snappy ginger with hints of apple and caramel, finishing fairly sweet.

It’s a cider. It has ginger notes...which is a good combo with apple. Wish there was more to say...nothing groundbreaking or exceptional but nicely drinkable. Seems a little higher in ABV than most ciders I have had. Added plus...I’m drinking my son’s stash...nice :)

Nose is rather medicinal. Mouth feel is denser than most ciders. Higher alcohol is not noticeable. Nice blend of two old-time traditions, ginger beer and cider. Substantial and refreshing. I’m not one to have cider with ice, but this one has enough flavor and body to stand up to that.

unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Short, 12oz bottle. Bright yellow label. Very fizzy, thin white ring, Aroma of bubblegum, some apples, and fresh ginger. Clear, light yellow color. Mild sweetness, semi-dry. Little ginger flavor at first, just light apple. Finishes with a peppery ginger tingle. I expected a lot more ginger character, although it is there. (3425)

On hand at Denver Summer Brew Fest 2012. Clear colorless with a sharp note of dry apples and ginger. Taste was the same with a nice balanced apple tone with an exotic ginger backbone. Very pleasant.

The aroma is sweet and has a tiny bit of ginger but as I have learned a little ginger goes a looooong way. The appearance is clear with a yellow hue and no head. The taste is like the aroma with not as much bite as ginger usually has. The palate is refreshing. I was looking to taste a little ginger and this one doesn’t bite back. ;)

Smells like gingerale (soda), taste is mild cider bite and sweet with ginger hints, though really could have used a little bit more ginger bite.

bright clear yellow pour. Aroma is strong fruit and ginger. Flavor is crisp apple and ginger, finishing properly dry and crisp.
