dry apple smell and taste....taste isn’t artificial like some ciders....starts lightly sweet and finishes with dry finish.....some oakiness in there...a little bit of complexity too

Can pick up apples/vanilla in the scent. Pours a rich golden, with a light head of foam. Medium to heavy bodied, on the sweet side. I prefer my ciders a bit sweeter, so this one was perfect. Sticky on the tongue a bit.

Bottle to half-pint (shared with the Mrs.). Looks decent; a transparent pale caramelish orange with bubbly eggshell lacing. Smells of lots of oak and apples. Some vanilla too. Tastes like it smells, but with less oak, and some winter spice in its place. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. Not bad, but sweeter than I prefer my ciders to be.

Sweet apple, vanilla, sugary aroma. Flavor has a layer of spice not present in the aroma. Light oak, too. The vanilla and sweet apple is there, as well. Not half bad.

I had it from the bottle. The taste was nice with apples, vanilla, and some earthiness, which might come from the oak. It’s smooth and has a warming quality to it. This is a pretty good cider.

12 oz. bottle from notes. Pours a clear orange light amber color with no bubbles at all. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, light tang, vanilla, mild oak, light spices, ok, but still a cider and one that has soft carbonation at that.

About a normal hard Apple cider with slightly more oak and spice notes. Okay, there you go.

On tap at the source.
Appearance: Clear darker amber.
Aroma: Light apple with oak and vanilla.
Taste: Just like the aroma!
Palate: Medium bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall: Really nice, crisp and balanced cider.

Crisp, clean taste. Great apple flavor and no aftertaste. Went great with a roast pork dinner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
