Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, lemon, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle thanks to ronnie. Aroma starts with good peppery, citrus hop with a caramalt backing however turns into a malty biscuityness. Taste kind of does the same but the bittering hops stay the whole time. Chin Chin. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2007
Bottle. This beer has almost no carbonation, so the head is almost non-existing. The color s amber and the aroma has notes of hops and malt. This bitter has been brewed with only one kind of hops: Progress. The flavour is at first rather thin, but the bitterness grows and develops and along comes a note of citrus, and I get brief notes of honey. Apart from the bitterness, there isn’t much to write about this beer, and I would have liked a better carbonation. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - AUG 27, 2007
Hazy orange of color wit a beige head. An aroma of feet sweat - bad aroma! A flavor of crab apples and dry finish. Gr0ve (2176) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2007
UPDATED: SEP 11, 2008 500 ml bottle. Dark amber colour. Very small off-white head. Fruity aroma with some raisiny malts. Quite estery character. Soft malts and a little green grapes. Strong grassy hop flavour and a crisp hop bitterness. Slightly metallic. Aroma is not very nice, body is so so, but the aftertaste is great with lots of strong characterful hops.
2008-09-11: Medicinal hop aroma. Rounded and nicely balanced. Overall very drinkable, but not particularly exciting either.

Cask @ The Wharf, Aalborg. Pours dark amber with a small head. Slightly sour aroma. Feels kinda ‘off’. Cooked vegetables. Sourish flavour. Cereals. Seems infected, but it was alright according to the bartender. Oh well. 16-05-07. henrikb (1264) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2007
Cask - Deep brown beautiful body with a small big bubbled head; Elegant balanced hoppy nose, hoppy fresh and malty sweet; Soft texture a bit thin body with a very little sharp carbonation; Long caramel warm finish, lots of aroma and a fine balanced bitterness. Great beer, although a bit strangely put together.
