Bottle. This brewery constantly produces pleasant but never outstanding beers. This is probably the best I have tried so far from them. Golden and clear with a small head. Quite robust hoppy flavour a BlackHaddock (8090) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2015
Four hand-pulled pints in my local Wetherspoons on 13th July 2015: the cask choice was pretty poor, so I stuck with this for the evening. Brown to amber in body colour: off-white head. Malts give the beer a semi-sweet lead with some hedgerow fruit esters in the nose and taste adding some interest. Mild bitter and drying finish. Cask @ The Boathouse, Shrewsbury. One of the best Woods offerings I’ve had thus far. Pours a glowing amber with vibrant fruity notes and sweet malts. Enjoyable. mr_h (6117) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - APR 9, 2014
