johndoughty (5600) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2015
Bottle. This brewery constantly produces pleasant but never outstanding beers. This is probably the best I have tried so far from them. Golden and clear with a small head. Quite robust hoppy flavour a

BlackHaddock (8090) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2015
Four hand-pulled pints in my local Wetherspoons on 13th July 2015: the cask choice was pretty poor, so I stuck with this for the evening. Brown to amber in body colour: off-white head. Malts give the beer a semi-sweet lead with some hedgerow fruit esters in the nose and taste adding some interest. Mild bitter and drying finish.

Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 7 April 2014. Poured a clear golden colour, with a dense white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of floral hops, malt and lemongrass. Grassy hop flavours, some citrus and bready malt. Finish was flat malts, some resin and soft, ripe fruit.

Theydon_Bois (21865) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2014
Cask at the Willow Walk, 11/04/14, JDW Spring 2014 Fest Beer #24 - as Woods Beauty. Clear golden with a moderately appointed light beige swirl cleatring to edgework. Nose is biscuit, fruit tones, light orchard tones, caramel. Taste comprises caramel, green apple, biscuit malt, mellow fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the close. Ok bitter - on the whelming side as my scoring suggests!

minutemat (6373) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2014
Cask @ The Boathouse, Shrewsbury. One of the best Woods offerings I’ve had thus far. Pours a glowing amber with vibrant fruity notes and sweet malts. Enjoyable.
