Very tasty selection. Cinnamon aroma and an apple cinnamon taste. Excellent fall beverage choice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear reddish brown, chestnut to use their description, with a thin off white head. Aroma and flavor, apples and cinnamon, apples and cinnamon, thats all you need to know. Smooth, moderate bodied palate. All in all, not bad. Kind of like liquid apple pie. johnnnniee (4245) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 18, 2012
An ale with apple and cinnamon, sounds great@!
Pours a deep golden red color with a huge bubbly off white head that dissipates quickly and leaves spotty lace on the way down. The aroma reminds me of apple pie and really little else. The cinnamon is huge in the aroma of this "beer". The flavor holds lots of cinnamon as advertised with a bit of fleeting sweet honey malt, apple and a brown sugar taste. This finish on this brew is extremely dry. Medium to light body with a moderate to light level of carbonation and a spicy watery mouthfeel. This one sure is different, but not something I think I would ever purchase again. Its also the least buttery tasting of the Woodstock brews Iíve had. Deep clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, biscuity malts, sweet malt. Flavor is much like an apple crisp. Apple, cinnamon, dough, and a bit of sweet caramel. Has a little heat from the cinnamon but itís nice and complimentary.n Not really my thing but very well done. baraciisch (3165) - California, USA - NOV 6, 2011
A cross between a cider and a beer.... Lots of apple notes, cinnamon and spices... Delicious full flavor, really enjoyed this beer...

From tap at Sunset Grill. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced with cardemomme and cinnamon. Light caramelish. Smooth malty, toasted and sharply cinnamon spiced. Light bitter. Dense cinnamon finish - wat too much. Indra (2711) - Suburbia, Kansas, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Draft at the brewpub. On paper, this is a Brown Ale that is brewed with apple and cinnamon -- sounds like it might not be great, right? Something for beer geeks to be wary of? Well, I really recommend trying at least a taster of it. Iím not going to say that I could sit and down pint after pint, thatís definitely not the case. But I was very pleasantly surprised. As far as the rating goes, itís pretty simple: Aroma of toasty malt sweetness, fresh apple and cinnamon. Clear medium brown in color with a fine, lasting head. Flavor is also chock full of apple and cinnamon, itís not just a hint here and there, weíre talking full-on, but it blends with the malty, toasty, gently sweet base beer well, also. Finishes with a huge cinnamon flourish. If you like spiced apple cider (this is brewed using cider, by the way, rather than whole apples, as it once was), then you owe yourself a try of this fall treat. summervillains (3) - Massachusetts, USA - OCT 11, 2011 does not count
I frigginí loved this beer. I can see snobs not being into it cuz itís kinda fruity or spicy, but all I know is... I couldnít stop drinking it. I couldnít wait to come back the next day and get more. Usually beers with this sorta wacky flavoring (apple cinnamon) arenít something you want more than 1 or 2 of, but this was awesome. AirForceHops (7139) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 10, 2011
12 oz bottle and also had on draft. Nice aroma of fresh cut apples. The taste is like apple crisp dessert. Many hard core craft beer drinkers may say this is a ďgirl ď beer or ďItís good for someone who doesnít drink a lot of beer.Ē Well, that maybe true, but itís still really is tastyÖ for a girl beer. Could be a good brew to start somebody on a better beer path. And itís a session beer at 4.4 ABV. Drake (13647) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 6, 2011
12 ounce bottle courtesy of maniac at the 14th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 3/19/11. Pours a clear copper color with a medium frothy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of overwhelming spicy notes. Cinnamon, nutmeg and others. Some faint malty notes. The taste is caramel malts and spices. Thin-medium bodied. Pretty strong on the spices.
