Draft at Woodstock Inn Brewery in North Woodstock, NH. Clear amber color with a small white head. Definite apples and cinnamon flavor, but not overpowering. Good flavor - for a 1-time dessert beer. TaktikMTL (7967) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 20, 2017

Draft sample. The beer is a clear gold wi a white head of foam. Spice cake and mild bitterness. Kind of like a cinnamon forward carrot cake. Medium body and medium carbonation. WillRunForBeer (2766) - Massachusetts, USA - JAN 5, 2016
12oz bottle someone left behind in my fridge following a party. Pours thin and brown with just a touch of off white head. Aroma is apple and cinnamon. Flavor is apple, cinnamon, a touch of caramel, a touch of pale malt. It’s thin, not too sweet, and has a fairly natural apple and cinnamon flavor that overpowers a very basic brown ale underneath. Better than I expected. tfontana (1123) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 14, 2015
Bottle from Harvest Market, Bedford NH. Aroma is cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, apples. Appearance is hazy amber brown with obnoxiously large 5-finger width beige head with minimal lacing and trace sparkle. Taste is weaker version of aroma. Palate is medium bodied with thin texture if you can get past the exploding carbonation in your mouth. It’s seemingly impossible to take a sip without it bursting into foam--what, is this Pop Rocks?! Overall, the dominant thing here is the palate. If you enjoy a large head or the feeling that you are drinking/eating foam, then this beer is for you.

An autumn brew that isn’t overly spiced and they threw a curveball going with an apple flavor/aroma in tandem with the played out pumpkin. Chestnut in color with huge fluffy head (possibly over-carbonated). Easy drinking, nothing overpowering. Personally, I think think time of year is a wasteland for beer, but this one surprised me in a good way. hopscotch (11236) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 3, 2014
Bottle... Pours hazy and new penny-copper with a small, fizzy, off-white head. The aroma is very reminiscent of apple pie – spices, crust and all. Light-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is malty and loaded with winter spices. Short, crisp finish. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Thanx Eric for the bottle.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a dark amber to glossy orange color with a one finger white to off white foamy head. Once the head dissipated, there was a light speckled lacing clinging initially but ending up sliding into the beer.
The smell had a sweet pumpkin with cinnamon, ginger, mild apple to a clean damp biscuity/breadiness roaming in and out.
The taste took all of those flavors and combined to taste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and good for the "pumpkin ale" style.
Overall, I liked this pumpkin ale, if I could get it on a regular basis I would. mdindy (38) - Weymouth, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 17, 2014
huge fan of this beer, pours very dark amber with sweet aroma notable of cinnamon. flavor is very sweet with no hoppy bitterness noted, mild apple taste, heavy on spices and cinnamon. very well balanced sweet flavors great selection for fall to break away from all the pumpkin styles out there. highly recommended
