Amazing beer, if you don’t like things that taste like fruit than why in beers name would you order something that has "Raspberry" in the name? You should kinda know what your getting yourself into at that point and time. It’s a great refreshment when you’ve already had a few or when you first sit down, looking for delicious in a glass.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a slightly hazy burnt orange to almost amber color with a cap of a little white head. Not much lace. The aroma had some sweet and tart raspberry up front with some cereal grainy sweetness. Light grassy hops. The flavor blended decently the hops to the cereal sweetness but didn’t really follow through with the blend of the raspberry. Light aftertaste of the raspberry and cereal. Not much of a finish. The feel was between light and medium bodied. Some sessionability. Tartness wasn’t too distracting. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Overall, it’s decent as a raspberry ale. Cereal sweetness wanted to balance with the raspberry but didn’t really. Probably not again.

On tap at Woodward Avenue Brewpub. Hazed amber with a thin tan head. Sweet aroma of raspberries and malt. Taste is prickly with malt, artificial raspberries and is a tad cloying. Meh.

This is a crisp, refreshing little treat of a beer. This isn’t subtly fruity, it hits you over the head with it. But I’m not complaining, I can dig it. Reddish-gold hue, white head fades to minimal lacing. Sickly sweet aroma, raspberries out the wazoo. Tasty as all get-out.

For those of you in Detroit who have access to grape Fago, save your money and buy it instead, horrid way to sweet tastes more like pop than beer ugh!

draft @ brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color with a big foamy white head. Nose is raspberry puree, light wheat and some yeast. Flavors of more raspberrys, very fruity and evervescent, very fizzy in the mouth, some light wheat notes and a light bitter finish.

Amazing aroma. Great rasperry smell. Pours very light. Appear flat, taste is very fruity, and I really really enjoyed it.

Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - JUN 28, 2005
On tap: Very light raspberry aroma. Hazy yellowish-orange with no head or visible carbonation. Tastes like a watered down fruit juice and no necessarily raspberry. Thin and flat mouthfeel. Very unimpressive.

Uh! This stuff was amazing! It’s cloudy, lemon colored, definitely a wheat brew with raspberry in the background. raspberry doesn’t overpower the wheat though, which i liked. i don’t like brew that might as well be cider. took home 2 growlers!
