Cloudy, yellow. Thin head. Has a yeasty nose, sweet palate that is somewhat bland, light body. A very uneventful wit. fiulijn (20491) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 29, 2016
Draught at Portland Craft, Vancouvermcberko (17809) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 28, 2016
Cloudy blond color, compact head. Mild spicy character, lighter citrus zest, and smooth mouthfeel; the bitterness is very low.
Easy beer, but clean and sensibly brewed.
On tap at Portland Craft, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of coriander and banana upfront, and pillowy wheat. Flavour is dry, with biscuity notes, pillowy wheat, and a touch of coriander. Standard stuff, but clean and decently made. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - AUG 23, 2015
Bottle...Pour is yellow with a white head..Nose is spice, orange peel, coriander...Taste is orange spice, wheat, musty, some sweetness, earth.. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 8, 2014
Bottle:   Dirty straw, a bit pale.   Funky wheaty nose, not so much on the spiced side.   Very wheaty on the tongue.   Simply comes across as a Wheat Ale... the spices... such as grains of paradise and orange peel are not there.   A bit darker in color, and lacking in the spices, but yet its a decent American Wheat, just not a Witbier as advertised.

Light yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some strong coriander and orange notes. The flavor is similar with some wheat, orange and coriander. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 12, 2013
bottled, cloudy orange pour, flavor seemed a little too buttery caramel for me, some citrus on the finish bpreo (2836) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Very good Wit. On tap at Worthy Brewing Company in Bend, Oregon. I would like to drink a lot of this. Bill Becker (1032) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - SEP 16, 2013
Purchased from Bring On The Beer online.
A- it pours a hazy straw yellow with a huge and growing head of foam. I see some nice lacing left behind.
S- I get notes of wheat, citrus, coriander, light clove, earthy malt.
T- ditto for the taste. Wheat, coriander, clove, earthy malt, and a good citrus kick at the end. Very nice tasting Wit.
M- medium light body with rather high carbonation.
O- A very pleasant and easy drinking Wit here. I give it a big thumbs up.
Edit: As I get deeper into the bottle, it turns cloudy.
