Clean, crisp and refreshing. A tribute to our friends at Indie Hops, this amazingly balanced beer is bursting with the finest hops Oregon has to offer: Nugget, Centennial, Meridian, Crystal and Horizon. Renowned for his IPAs, Chad just raised the bar.

Can at JFK while waiting to depart. Pours rich orange-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has lots of juicy, ripe citrus fruits, mango, melon, some gooey pine. Medium sweet flavour with a good, sturdy malt foundation, more gooey pine, mild earthy bitterness, ripe citrus, tropical fruits. Medium bodied with average carbonation, and rather smooth texture. Nicely resinous on the finish, with notes of lightly toasted malts, bread, melon, orange rind, mango. A good, sturdy all-around IPA. Solid work.

Draught at Portland Craft, Vancouver
Golden color, compact head. Moderate strength, good balance, some malt and caramel flavor, and strong resiny hopping.

Theydon_Bois (20214) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2013
Tap at Worthy, Bend, 23/05/13. Clear golden with a white head that retains well. Good lacing ensues. Nose is juicy hops, caramel malt, light grapefruit. Taste comprises hops, orange pith, light pine bite, jammy tropicals, light mineral notes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish. A tidy enough IPA!

mcberko (18434) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 23, 2014
On tap at St Augustine’s, pours a somewhat hazy golden with a small tan head. Aroma brings out resinous and piney hops, some candied notes, and toffee. Flavour is very similar, bringing out a more malted balanced of notes, with toffee, candied sugar and resinous hops. Finishes both slightly sweet and astringent. No where near as masterful as their imperial IPA. Decent, but too malted for me.

Oakes (18202) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 17, 2014
Bitter, clean pale malts, bit biscuity, some floral fruity hops. Nice, different in taste and structure.

Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 24, 2014
Draught at Devil Craft. Clear golden - white head. White pepper. Citrus. Freshness. Light to medium malty. Some sweetness. Light flowery. Breadish. Grape fruits.

Love canned IPAs. This one is 10 weeks old - a little outside my normal window, but for $1.59, there was little risk. Turns out there was none. I’d like to have one fresh since at 2.5 months old the aroma and flavor were still quite nice. Floral and piney aroma and flavor, with some tropical fruit and moderate bitterness. Clean finish

rosenbergh (11681) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 5, 2015
22 oz bottle. Bottled on 03/17/15. (Fred Meyer) Gresham, OR.
Slightly cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Fresh fruity and piney hops, moderate bitterness, dryness and some maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is very well-balanced... piney and resiny hops, moderate bitterness, dryness and dryish maltiness. Balanced. Tasty.

DuffMan (10549) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 22, 2015
Can, unsure how old. Medium orange-amber, off white head. Caramel malt and light pine, moderate bitterness. Just ok.

onceblind (10109) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 21, 2014
Mostly clear copper under a thin foamy white head. Nose is weird, like tropical mango mixed with some aroma that reminds me of an aquarium. The flavor fares a bit better with fresh tropical juiciness like seeds of paradise and guava and mango, maybe some cantaloupe as well, with a gentle piney bitterness throughout with a caramell-ish sweetness supporting it. Ends a bit funny though with a bittersweet tone of earthy papaya and basil. Just a little disjointed.
