Clear, yella with a carpeting white head. Fresh, lemony aroma, a little muted. Clean, bright, lightly sweet, not bitter generally though it builds a bit. Nice summer beer. Went well with the charcuterie at Sweet Grass Cheese Shop. chinchill (5377) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 2, 2017

Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma and taste of clean pale malts with a hint of fruity clean yeast, mild hop presence. A solid kolsch, definitely something I’d like to drink outside. solidfunk (9734) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 15, 2016
Nice, easy drinking kolsch. Amber pour with good head and lacing. Great barley profile and a little butter. Crisp finish with hint of tang. Tap at brewpub.
