COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our 2nd generation Kolsch uses the lightest German Koln and Heidelberg malts available. Just enough hops for balance and brew water adjusted to match Koln, resulting in a very light crisp beer.

Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma and taste of clean pale malts with a hint of fruity clean yeast, mild hop presence. A solid kolsch, definitely something I’d like to drink outside.

Nice, easy drinking kolsch. Amber pour with good head and lacing. Great barley profile and a little butter. Crisp finish with hint of tang. Tap at brewpub.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden colored brew with a small white head. The aroma is full of malt and grain . The taste is malt driven with some bread flavoring on the back end. This is a good beer.

Golden pour. Grainy, a tad sweet, mild hops at the end. Fair enough for the style.
