Thomasville, Ga - Sweet Grass Dairy - on tap. Pours light golden, slightly murky, with a crisp snow white head, light film of lacing. Aroma has a hint of vanilla with some buttery accents. Flavor rides along the same bent with the some honey sweetness thrown in for good measure. Buttery accents have a bit of nuttiness along with it. Quaffable and crisp. Mouthfeel is nice and crisp. Nice summer refresher. SSSteve (4006) - - JUN 16, 2013

Draft sampler. Pours golden with a white head. Although I jsut noticed I have only one Kolsch rating, I have had several. This was certainly the best and most memorabel. Taste was caramel malts, lightly fruity (a touch tropical even), light hop. Palate was very pleasingly soft and almost creamy. Overall, a good brew, but a fantastic hot day brew that has just enough fruitiness not to be boring. GTAEgeek (2218) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 28, 2013
Sample in a flight at the Brewpub. Pours pale yellow with a medium, white head and good lacing. The aroma is lemon rinds, biscuits, and mild resin. The flavor is mild bitterness up front, with some bready sweetness in the finish. Light body, crisp, with a clean finish. Overall, this is a well balanced, supremely drinkable, and very nice Kölsch. Maybe Kölsch just isn’t my thing. Tried this as a low ABV change of pace. Didn’t do it for me. Pours thin and light, which is okay when paired with a little more carbonation, but none was there. Taste was a bit synthetic. Think I will stick with the German Hefeweizens. Draft - Wrecking Bar - Atlanta, GA decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Hazed yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Light wheat and floral/earthy hops. Smooth body with good carbonation. bytemesis (8409) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Tap. Pours hazy golden with a small white head and decent lacing. Aroma is honey, light grain, light fruit. Flavor is the same, light sweet and very light bitterness. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good, actually.
