On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a clear copper with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong smoke, pepper, toasted malt. Medium body, bready malt, pepper, strong smoke finish, very good. hopscotch (11175) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - OCT 5, 2015
Bottle... Hunahpu’s Day 2015... This beer rocks!Pours clear and amber with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is fantastic, featuring beechwood smoke and toffee. Full-bodied and creamy with modest carbonation. The flavor is a bittersweet blend of honey, English biscuits and generic hoppiness. Just enough bitterness to prevent cloying. Finishes moderately sweet and lip-smackingly smoky. World-class brew! daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 22, 2015
Amber pour, light head. Lots of smoke, toasted grain, hints of bread, some roasted nuts. Not crazy smoke, pretty solid brew. 50belair (3670) - Florida, USA - MAR 15, 2015

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with an orange tinge under a small white head. Big smoke and campfire. Medium bodied, sweet and full of smoke. Lingering throughout, big smoke into the finish. A touch fruity throughout, but nice and smoky.

Draught. This is a fairly smokey brew with a little more nuance than I have experienced with other smoked brews.

Draft - Bacon, woody smoke and not a bit of sweetness. Clear copper with a thin beige head. Candied bacon, smoke and a caramel. Medium body and sweet finish. PorterPounder (8176) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 11, 2014
Atlanta, Ga. - on tap at the brewpub. Nice dark copper pour, thin, but sticky off-white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Smoked sardines aroma, a but of peat. Flavor is solid, but not overpowering. Smooth smokey notes - some smoked meat, some underlying caramel sweetness in the back end, not overpowering or offensive. Mouthfeel is thick enough. This would be a good Rauch for those new to the style and just want to get their feet wet before moving on to some of the bolder offerings. Shag (3027) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - MAR 13, 2014
Amber color with a white head. Aroma is smokey with some bacon and ham along with caramel. Flavor also contains a buffet of smoked meat with some caramel and toffee. Medium bodied so drinkable but intense flavor. Nice beer.
